Scopus-Indexed MAS Journal – Energy Special Issue

A special Energy Issue of the Scopus-indexed MAS Journal will be published on 15 December 2026 exclusively for the participants of our congress.

Please note that only 15 manuscripts will be accepted for publication in this special issue. Due to the limited number of available slots, manuscripts will be selected based on scientific quality and the recommendation of the Editorial Board.

To publish your full paper in the journal, please follow the steps below:

1. After your abstract has been accepted, please pay the USD 50 congress registration fee.

2. Prepare your full paper in accordance with the MAS Journal Author Guidelines and submit it to the congress e-mail address.

3. The Congress Editorial Board will conduct a preliminary evaluation of your manuscript and inform you whether it is suitable for submission to the journal.

4. If your manuscript is approved for journal submission, you must upload it through the journal's online submission system no later than 15 October 2026.

5. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for the Special Issue is USD 600 (you need to pay to Journal).

6. Manuscripts that successfully complete the peer-review process will be published in the MAS Journal – Energy Special Issue on 15 December 2026.

APPLICATION REGISTRATION STEPS

1- Send your abstract to info@iksadamerica.org via email until October 1, 2026. Your abstract should be in doc/word format. 

2- Evaluation process takes about 1-3 days. You will be informed about referee decision within 3 days

3- If your paper is accepted we will send you a notification email. After receiving acceptance email please make your payment via credit card. After making your payment you will receive your acceptance letter

4- Presentation program announcement day is October 15, 2026 in this page. Program includes zoom ID and passwords (for online participants)

5- Full text submission is not mandatory. We publish only abstract in proceedings book with ISBN and DOI. However if you would like to publish your full text as article in Scopus Indexed Journal please send your full text by October 15, 2026  as word/doc format to info@iksadamerica.org

Refund Policy

If it is determined that you will not be able to attend the congress for any reason after payment, half of your payment will be refunded if you apply by October 5, 2026. Refund requests after this date will not be taken into consideration.
